It is the year 1967. The Soviet Union has begun construction of a massive secret weapon, but it requires something besides money to be finalized. The only problem is that the device requires uranium-235, which is unavailable in Europe. However, there are still large quantities available at your disposal in Baghdad. Any conventional attack against Iraq would have the threat of initiating World War 3 if not properly planned out beforehand to assure complete elimination of military forces and infrastructure without civilian casualties or damage to neighboring countries. Meanwhile, Yuri has been dispatched by Premier Romanov with authorization to destroy any research facilities he deems necessary for completion of his task at any cost necessary. Despite being sent to destroy it, Yuri secretly admires the ingenious design of the Psychic Dominator, and has decided that with his own vast psychic powers he can control it to his will. Oh well, once this war is over you'll have your chance. The American spies have infiltrated an old Soviet lab complex in Tunguska overseen by Yuri himself. Hidden beneath the surface were terminals with information on all of Yuri's projects. The Americans were able to use this data to formulate a plan of retaliation against their enemies. General Carville personally debriefs you on your mission; one that is sure to end the war quickly and decisively. Your task is to destroy the Psychic Dominator that Yuri has been working on for years. Yuri is kidnapped by the Americans and taken back to the United States, where he is imprisoned at a secret base and put under heavy guard by Colonel Martinez and his men. The Russians had placed a fake Dominator facility at the Tunguska complex as a trap, and it seems Yuri tripped it. However, his scientific knowledge was too great for him to be fooled, and he quickly deduced that there were spies among his own people right under his nose. He also figured out how the real Dominator operated, leading him to eventually figure out why the Soviets had created it in the first place. During an inspection of his new quarters, Yuri notices the massive amounts of computer equipment being placed right outside his cell. Satisfied with his work, he was able to activate the console remotely. However, this then alerted Martinez's men that there was a spy on base, and they began searching room by room until they finally found him. Upon finding him cuffed to a chair in a laboratory, Martinez decided that he would have to be interrogated personally. He was not able to get anything from Yuri at all throughout their conversation; Yuri had already told him everything he needed to know. This would prove to be his undoing, as when Martinez walked in with his gun at Yuri's throat moments later, Yuri had already sent a Genome Modification Protocol to the Americans via their computers and completely hacked every single one of their systems and implanted a spy program into all of them. Martinez and his men were then easily defeated and captured by the Americans, just as they were preparing to execute Yuri. Instead, Yuri played along by acting like he didn't know anything about the Americans even though he already had complete access to their plans. The confrontation with Martinez allows General Carville and Carrington to meet in person for the first time after many years of communication. cfa1e77820
